A very kind relative who lives not far from the Hampshire Archives was able to view the removal notice and transcribe the text as shown below. It confirms John and Martha’s legal settlement as being in Odiham, however does not shed any light on the place of birth for either of them
Removal Notice:
To the Churchwardens and Overseers in The Hamlet of Frimley and John Blackwell & Martha, son Henry aged 2 yrs and John aged 1 yr of the Parish of Frimley.
Complainte made unto 2 Justice of the Peace in Surrey by the Churchwardens.

Have lately intruded and came into the Hamlet of Frimley and are actually chargeable to the same.

We said judges upon due proof as well as examination of said John Blackwell upon oath do adjudge the same to be true and do adjudge the place of legal settlement of the said to be in the Parish of Odiham.
We therefore in his Majestys name require the Churchwardens to remove and convey John Blackwell,Martha and sons Henry aged 2 yrs, John aged 1 yr to the Churchwardens of Odiham or whoever is required to receive and provide for them along with this order.
